<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for processing the slaughtered which improves slaughter processing performance by nearly automating inspection. SOLUTION: The method and device for processing the slaughtered made to pass through a slaughter line by a conveyer gives identification number to the slaughtered, observes the slaughtered, judges an evaluation result including acknowledgment or rejection based on observing data and stores the evaluation result by relating with identification data. Based on stored evaluation result, identified slaughtered matter is removed from the slaughter line by an automatic sending machine, which is provided with a first and a second sending means for respectively removing the acknowledged or rejected slaughtered.</p> |
