<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an artificial marble decorative plate having no warp, crack or craze by absorbing contraction of an artifical marble plate material by a difference of viscosities of adhesives coating the material and a plywood base material and action of nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer 3 for absorbing contraction of an artificial marble plate material 2 at the time of bend molding is interposed between a base material 1 previously formed in a predetermined shape in response to its using object and the material 2 having a bending allowance by copying the shape of the material 1 and thermally softened, and the material 2 is integrally formed to match the shape of the material 1.</p> |
