PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which is a rubber composition filled with silica and include a dispersed precipitated silica and a modified elastomer. SOLUTION: This rubber composition contains 100 pts.wt. at least one kind of sulfur-vulcanizable elastomer which is selected from a conjugated diene homopolymer and a copolymer and from at least one kind of a conjugated diene and an arom. vinyl compd, and 10-150phr precipitated silica bead over which 1-20wt.% silane modified elastomer is dispersed based on the weight of the silica.
