<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the uniform heavy mortar without any crack due to the heat of hydration of a binder and improved in applicability by mixing an admixture contg. a copper water-granulated slag, a water reducing agent, an expanding agent and a thickener in cement. SOLUTION: A copper water-granulated slag as a thin aggregate by 200-250 pts.wt. and 8-12 pts.wt. of the admixture contg. a water reducing agent, an expanding agent and a thickener are mixed with 100 pts.wt. of a cement such as pozzolan-contg. portland or moderate-heat portland cement, blast-furnace water-granulated slag, fly ash and silica. Consequently, since the copper water- granulated slag having a high sp.gr., a high mass per unit volume, a flat grain shape and an appropriate grain size is used as the aggregate, the heavy mortar has a high fluidity, separation of materials is not caused, and the hardened mortar fully satisfies the normal value of 2.1-2.3 for the dry sp.gr.</p> |
