PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly and simply obtain a cement ultrafine particle suspension type soil improvement solution which gives high foundation strength and has good penetration into ground foundation. SOLUTION: This ultrafine particle suspension type foundation improvement solution is prepared by crushing the dispersion of cement in water by means of a wet mill so that the particle size of the cement may becomes <=50μand mixing the cement ultrafine particle suspension with an aqueous water glass solution. Thus, the objective cement ultrafine particle suspension type ground foundation improve which has good penetration into ground foundation and can give strong soil foundation is efficiently produced with a simplified apparatus in no vain.
