PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent non-image area from enlarging by disposing pressure medium supply means within a groove, and forming at least an outflow opening that communicates with the groove. SOLUTION: The groove 8 is confined by an inclined side face 22 at an opening angleαfor receiving the forwarding end portion 3 of a plate 2 that is formed into a triangle, and the side face 23 situated oppositely is faced perpendicularly with respect to a tangent line 14. Pressure medium supply means 26 is arranged within a space 24 of a triangle cross-section confined by both the side faces 22, 23 and a shaft 17. The pressure medium supply means is formed into, e.g. a circular cross-sectional tube or pipe, and provided with a number of outflow ports 27 in the longitudinal direction. At least on one end of the pressure medium supply means 26, a connection portion is formed for supplying a pressure medium, and the connection portion is connected unchangeably to a rotational transfer material, thus a pressure medium is supplied to the groove 8 at each position of a drum 1. In addition, the pressure medium supply means 26 can be connected only temporarily to a pressure medium source at a fixed position.
