<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the hand thumb from feeling a strong pressure around its joint base, when the gloves are put on to grip a rod or bar. SOLUTION: In a glove made of a flexible and non-stretchable cloth, an opening 21 is formed near its joint base on the palm side of the cloth for the thumb and a piece of stretchable cloth 7 is sewed to the edges 22 of the opening 21 so that it may be stretchable. Thus, when the gloves are put on to grip a rod or bar, the stretchable cloth 7 is elongated to cause no feeling of pressure around the joint base of the thumb.</p> |
