PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control accuracy of a valve timing while improving mounting easiness on an engine by forming a device in a compact size. SOLUTION: A slidable disk housing 39 and an annular disk 38 which is rotatably supported to the inner circumference of the disk housing 39 are interposed between first and second flange parts arranged opposing to a driving shaft 21 and a camshaft 22. The annular disk 38 is eccentrically moved with the axial core of the driving shaft 21 through the disk housing 39 so as to change an operating angle of a valve. A projection 39b which is one end part of the disk housing 39 is supported to the camshaft 22 through an arm 43 pivotally supported to the camshaft 22 and a supporting pin 44 arranged on the other end part 43b of the arm 43.
