PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a thin joint in shortening the reel exchange time without detriment to the achieved advantages and simultaneously enable the reel exchange with much more frequency over a longer treating time. SOLUTION: This tape is used for shortening the reel exchange time in lap jointing on paper finishing machines, printing presses, etc., and has a paper substrate and a water-soluble self-adhesive compsn. The both sides of the substrate 2 are coated with the water-soluble self-adhesive compsn. 3, and the substrate 2 comprises paper which can be easily lap jointed. |
