PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the energy of a refrigeration cycle to cool the brine in a brine type air conditioner to perform cooling in a cabin by circulating the brine in an indoor cooler. SOLUTION: A brine type air conditioner is provided with a refrigeration cycle 2 to cool the brine using the flammable gas as the refrigerant, a brine circuit 10 in which the brine is circulated, a hot water circuit 22 in which the hot water heated by an engine 9 is circulated, a forward unit 14 to perform the air-conditioning in a forward part in a cabin, and a rear unit 14 to perform the air-conditioning in a rear part of the cabin. The forward unit 13 is provided with a cooler 15 to cool the air-conditioned air by the brine, a heater 17 to heat the air-conditioned air by the hot water, and a blower 16, while the rear unit 14 is provided with an air-conditioning heat exchanger 18 for both cooling and heating which is capable of cooling the air-conditioned air by the brine and heating the air-conditioned air by hot water and a blower 19. When the temperature on the lower temperature side is adjusted, the heating quantity by the heater 17 is set to zero, and the temperature of the brine is variable by changing the capacity of the refrigeration cycle 2. |
