PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin plate with a good appearance having an end face avoiding a fear of injuries. SOLUTION: The resin plate 1 is used for a filing cover plate, and the peripheral part of the resin plate is formed with a melt part 1a being compressed and melted-and-softened under heat and a cut face 1b cut into a round in a melt state on the end face of the melt part 1a. The peripheral part S of the resin plate is held to be compressed between the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 3 and molded through melting-heating, and heaters H, H are built in the upper mold 2, followed by forming a compression face 2a for compressing the resin face 1 and a cut part 2b hanging downward integrally at the right side, and also forming a round face 2c covered with a heat insulation material 7 between the compression face 2a and the cut part 2b. Furthermore, at the left side of the compression face 2a, a line protrusion 2d projected downward is formed integrally, and a holding pad 4 is disposed at the inside thereof via springs 6. |
