PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which relieves interference with other systems and also shares a spectrum with other systems. SOLUTION: An intelligent digital beam forming device 10 supplies plural dynamically controllable antenna beams to communicate with a subscriber's unit on the surface of the earth as well as an array antenna 20 based on a satellite. Interference is relieved by distributing null characters to transmitting and receiving antenna patterns in the position of an interference signal by adjusting a digital beam-forming coefficient. When an interference signal moves with respect to a satellite, the interference signal is traced and the relaxation of interference is maintained. Also, adjusting dynamically the digital beam- forming coefficient optimizes signal quality in communication with a subscriber's unit.
