PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a blood component in dejection correctly by measuringα1-acidoglicoprotein by an immunoassay. SOLUTION: This blood component detecting kit is provided with an anti-α1- acidoglicoprotein antibody and an enzyme measuring reagent so as to measureα1-acidoglicoprotein in dejection, and an immunoassay such as an enzyme immunization, latex agglutination reaction or an immunonephelometry is used.α1- acidoglicoprotein is protein in blood also called orosomucoid and is stable in dejection similar to a state in a digestive tract in respect of holding protein resolution by a remaining enzyume and bacteria. In case of patients of ulcerative colitis which is a hemorrhagic gastrointestinal disease,α1-acidoglicoprotein in dejection shows the higher value than that of a normal person.
