摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maximum rotational speed by arranging a magnetic thrust bearing rotor which has a magnetic attraction member rotatable inside a gas turbine engine, and a high relative strength compound ring which resists against non-magnetic force to be applied to the magnetic attraction member. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic thrust disc rotor 26a is a ring-like member press-fitted onto a shaft 16, having a symmetrical form around an axial center line X, and composed of a magnetic response/attraction part 500 and high strength support part 501 made of different materials. The magnetic response part 500 is attracted to the side of a stator 26b under influence of magneticity. The high strength support part 501 is made of high relative strength material, and provides the disc rotor 26a with mechanical strength to resist against non- magnetic force to be applied to the disc rotor 26a. The high strength support prat 501 is made of material having magnetic permeability smaller than that of the magnetic response/attraction part 500, so that it serves as an actuator for high speed components for turbo machine.
