PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of permanent set in fatigue and prevent infiltration of liquid by vertically extending a part in contact with the outer periphery of a cylinder of circular cross section of a gasket for filling a clearance of a part in contact with liquid, and forming such shape that an angle formed at the time of drawing a tangent from the tip of the vertically extended part to circular cross section is an acute angle. SOLUTION: A gasket 6c is so formed at an inner circumferential part in contact with the outer periphery of a cylinder is vertically extended and that an angleθformed by drawing a tangent from the tip (i) of an extended part to circular cross section is an acute angle. The outer diameter K1 and inner diameter K2 of the gasket 6c are determined according to the size of an applied object, and the vertically extended length of the inner circumferential part in contact with the outer periphery of the cylinder is suitably determined according to the shape of the applied object. In the state of a flange coming in contact with the external wall of a container, the acute angle part of the gasket 6c enters a clearance, formed by the tip of a conductivity meter and the container, so as to prevent infiltration of a fluid and fills a space of a part in contact with the fluid while sealing in the state of maintaining elasticity. As a result, breeding of bacteria and the possibility of corrosion can be eliminated.
