摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent electrification characteristic and an image having no defect by providing a conductive layer and a semiconductive elastic layer on the outer periphery of a conductive supporting body and further the semiconductive surface layer on the outer periphery of the elastic layer. SOLUTION: After an inner layer coating film 3 made of material whose electric resistance value shows <=10<3>Ωcm is formed by spray coating on the inner surface of the elastic layer 2 extrusionmolded and vulcanized in a tube state, it is press-fit in the conductive supporting body 1. Thereafter, the surface of the elastic layer 2 is ground and shaped well and an outer layer coating film 4 whose thickenss is several 7μm is formed by the spray coating on the outer periphery of the layer 2. By constituting the member to have the conductive layer 3 as the outer layer of the supporting body 1, the semiconductive elastic layer 2 on the outer periphery of the layer 3 and further the semiconductive surface layer 4 on the outer periphery of the layer 2, and using it in an electrophotographic system image forming device, the excellent electrification characteristic and the image having no defect are obtained irrespective of whether the supporting body 1 is in close contact with the inner layer or not.
