PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain contact stability while preventing damage of an IC card. SOLUTION: In a base insulator 20, a cover insulator 10 is mounted movably in a cover insertion direction B. In both side surface parts of the cover insulator 10, a protrusion 12 is provided in the base insulator 20, and a cam groove 24 guiding the protrusion 12 obliquely relating to the cover insertion direction B is provided in the insulater 20. When an IC card 50 is inserted in the base insulator 20 by exceeding a prescribed insertion amount, the protrusion 12 is guided by the cam groove 24, the cover insulator 10 is moved downward, the IC card 50 is brought into contact with a contact part of a contact.
