PURPOSE:To make it possible to mount an electronic part on a board with accuracy in a non-contact manner by optically recognizing the sucked part at a visual recognition unit, and rotating a suction head according to data obtained by the recognition to adjust the posture of the part and position an X-Y table. CONSTITUTION:Taped and wound around a reel 3, a part to be mounted by means of a mounting head unit A is loaded in a part feed unit B. It is transported to direct under a suction head 54, which then goes down and sucks it. The suction head 4 is rotated by an index unit 12, and is moved to a visual recognition unit E. At the visual recognition unit E a camera detects the position of the part, and the obtained data is fed back to a control unit. The control unit gives an X-Y table C data to move the part to its mounting position according to a previously specified program. In this time positional deviation data from the visual recognition unit E is added, and the X-Y table C moves according to the resultant data for movement. |
