The method for sealing panels of insulation glass made from acrylic plastic (Perspex R.T.M.) and preventing water vapour diffusion through the plastic comprises contacting the glass with a (hydro)fluorocarbon compound which is gaseous at room temperature and 1 bar, so that the (hydro)fluorocarbon passes through the glass and replaces any water vapour present in the pores of the plastic material. |
