PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for loosening noodle lines after a steam-boiling at the time of producing packed instant noodles or uncooked noodles. SOLUTION: In the method with the processes of stretching the noodle lines after a steam-boiling process by a stretching conveyer 9, cutting the stretched noodle lines into each meal to throw within the frame of a form conveyer, loosening and forming this at the time of producing the packed instant noodles or uncooked noodles, compressed air is sprayed to the noodle lines by tilting from a nozzle 22 rotating or swinging right/left and bias at the time of stretching the noodle lines after steam-boiling. |
