<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving recorder which can be used for improvement of an automobile driving technique or specification of an accident cause. SOLUTION: A driving recorder is provided with recording units 60-62, which can record information about moving speed, acceleration, and a position of a moving body in the respective space axes, a motor driving condition, a driver's action, a periphery of the moving body, an internal image and sound, or a time, and a controller 55, which controls at least a part of the information recorded in the recording units 60-62 by automatically deleting it along with the elapse of time or selectively storing the recorded data so as to copy it to another medium or so as to transmit it to another apparatus by communication. At least a part of the recorded information is protected so as not to be changed/deleted without a coded order such as a password or a hardware mechanism such as a key.</p> |
