PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute patterning simultaneously with injection molding properly by rolling out a belt-like patterning sheet, cutting off the tip end side thereof for one shot to be inserted between parting faces of a female mold and male mold, and injection filling molten resin into the female mold for injection molding. SOLUTION: A belt-like patterning sheet S is such that its tip end is advanced from a rolling up roller CS in the horizontal direction by a guiding roller 36 to subsequently be held by a pulling out clamper 55, so that its one shot portion is pulled out to a setting position. One shot patterning sheet S is cut off by an electric heater cutter 37 to then be conveyed facing downward in parallel with the female mold 12 and the parting face 12a of the male mold and in the vertical direction intersecting relative to the winding out direction. Then, it is inserted in a position in the proximity of the parting face 12a of the female mold 12. By injection filling molten resin from an injection molding machine in a cavity 13 defined by the male mold and the clamped female mold 12 for injection molding, a patterning sheet adhered injection molded article is removed from the female mold by allowing both the molds to move away from each other. |
