PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a design steel panel capable of being produced in low cost by continuous coating equipment for producing a precoated steel panel and suitable for a food cooking utensil or a heating cooking utensile excellent in heat resistance, heat-resistant non-stickiness, design effect and discrimination properties. SOLUTION: In this heat-resistant non-sticky design steel penal, a heat- resistant printing ink layer subjected to resin gravure offset printing and based on a mixture of a tetrafluorinate and an aq. or water dispersible resin and having a surface coating ratio of 70% or less and a transparent film based on a mixture of a heat-resistant resin and a tetrafluorinatred resin are formed on a colored coating film based on a heat-resistant resin. Therefore, as the heat-resistant resin in the uppermost transparent heat-resistant non-sticky coating film layer, the same resin as the colored coating film is used and, by prescribing the coating ratio of the heat-resistant printing ink layer on the surface of the colored film to 70% or less, design printability can be enhanced while keeping heat-resistant non-stickiness. |
