摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyamide resin having a highly uniform degree of polymerization by heating a low-polymerization-degree terpolymer polyamide to a specified temperature by passing a heating medium through an external jacket and through the inside of an impeller and refreshing the surface of the reaction bed by forced flow produced by the revolution of the impeller. SOLUTION: A powder of a low-polymerization-degree polymer having a mean particle diameter of 0.05-5mm and a relative viscosity of 0.8-2.0 and made of a crystalline terpolymer polyamide comprising 20-80wt.% equimolar salt of hexamethylenediamine with adipic acid, 20-80wt.% equimolar salt of hexamethylenediamine with terephthalic acid and 1-30wt.% 12-aminododecanoic acid orω-laurolactam is fed into a polymerizer through a feed port 1. The power is heated under temperature conditions including Tm -150T<Tm deg.C (wherein Tm is the melting point of the polyamide) with a heating medium passed through a jacket surrounding the apparatus and through the inside of the impeller from a feed ports 2 and 3, and subjected to solid-state polymerization while the surface of the reaction bed is being refreshed and advanced by forced movement produced as a result of the revolution of an impeller T to recover a high-molecular-weight polyamide having a uniform degree of polymerization through an extrusion port 4.
