PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a water-collapsible nonwoven fabric from a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric by forming the vertical central area of a surface sheet from a hydrophilic fiber and pulp fiber, and forming first outside areas formed of hydrophilic fiber, pulp fiber and synthetic resin fiber on the outside of both side edges of the vertical central area. SOLUTION: A synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric is put on both vertical side edge parts of a web formed of hydrophilic fiber and pulp fiber, the web formed of hydrophilic fiber and pulp fiber is put on the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric, and a high pressure water jet flow is injected from the web side so as to be passed to the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric side. Then, one composite sheet formed of a nonwoven fabric vertical central area 1a consisting of the web consisting of hydrophilic fiber and pulp fiber, first outside areas 1b situated on both side edges of the vertical central area 1a which consist of a nonwoven fabric in which the hydrophilic fiber and pulp fiber are entangled to the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric, and second outside areas 1c situated further on both outside edges which consist of the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric is constituted. |
