摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method which makes the apple flowers utilizable for beverages like an infusion of salted cherry blossoms. SOLUTION: After the apple flowers 1 of the just before flowering are picked up, these flowers are washed with water and are immersed into an aq. soln. 2 of alum. Next, the flowers 1 of the apples are immersed into a vinegar liquid 4 and a weight 5 is placed thereon to pickle the flowers. After the flowers 1 of the apples are washed with salt water, the flowers are subjected to draining and thereafter, the apple flowers 1 are divided to each single flower while salt 6 is sprinkled thereon. The flowers are then allowed to dry in a cool dark place. The apple flowers 1 after the drying are sieved 7 to drop the excess salt 6, by which the flower tea of the apples is formed. When such flow tea of the applies is put into ware and hot water is poured therein, the pretty and white flowers of the applies in the flowered state float on the hot water.
