PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause urine and feces expelled from a user while he is lying on a bed to be automatically sucked for disposal and to automatically wash and dry the dirtied buttocks. SOLUTION: An insulating tank is mounted at the bottom of a diaper cover 1 for a bed-ridden person (a), a sensor for detecting urine and feces is mounted in the tank, a sucking discharge opening from which to such and discharge the urine and feces discharged is formed in the tank, and a suction hose 5 is connected to the sucking discharge opening of the tank at one end and to a filth tank 7 at the other. Further, a suction pump 6 for sucking and discharging the excrement and urine is provided in a portion of the suction hose 5, a washing nozzle for washing the hip of the bed-ridden person (a) is mounted on the tank, a washing pump 9 for supplying washing water to the washing nozzle and a washing water reserving tank 10 are provided, and a dry air outlet from which to blow out dry air for drying the hip wetted with the washing water is formed in the tank. |
