PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of heat generated by tread rubber in the center of a tread and thereby to improve durability to high speed. SOLUTION: The central inner-peripheral surface of a mold being marked out symmetrically at an equal distance (f) to the opposite sides of an equatorial plane of a tire and forming the central region of a tread, out of the inner- peripheral surface of the mold wherein the tread of a tread part is molded with vulcanization, is formed of a cylindrical surface of which the central axis is set to be the central axis of the mold. By using the mold of which the ratio F/W of a length (F=2f) in the direction of the central axis of the cylindrical surface to a width W at a position where the maximum width of a side wall part in the mold is formed has a value within a range of 0.2-0.4, an unvulcanized tire of a tire for an aircraft is molded with vulcanization. |
