PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bag free from an imperfectly sealed part by nipping a laminated synthetic resin film between nipping members heated at a lower melting point than the melting point of the film and bonding the film in freely peelable manner and further, sealing the film by fusing with the help of a heated fusing blade. SOLUTION: Nylon film F is passed through rolls 40, 41 at a folding part 20 through a flattening device 18, and the doubled film F is sent to a preliminary sealing device 22. Next, at the preliminary sealing device 22, the temperature of the part, exposed to a press bar provided on the lower face of a slider 44 and the inner electric heater of a receiving table 46, of the nylon film F, is set lower than the melting point of the nylon film F as specified. The nipped parts of the doubled film F are not welded but are bonded in such a state that the parts are easily peelable. Next, the surface temperature of a fusing blade is set higher than the melting point of the nylon film F using the electric heater in a slider 60, and the nylon film F is cut with the help of an actuator 72 to seal the film F by welding. |
