PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web recovering device which achieves comfortable working environments, an improvement in the quality of film, an improvement in a flexible layout for equipment, a reduction of the cost for equipment. SOLUTION: Wide web 2 is slit into products having predetermined width and two strips of lug 5 by a slit device 11. Being nipped by a nip devices 10, the lugs 5 are sent to an auxiliary slit device 12, where they will be still narrower. The narrowed lugs 5 are sent to a crusher 16 through a first blast pipe for crushing finely. The slit device 11 can perform stable slitting with no ill effect, such as fluttering or vibrations during crushing caused by the crusher 16 because the nip device 10 carries the lugs 5 with nipping. Pieces of the lugs 5a, which are formed from crushing by the crusher 16, are collected to a recovery case 20 through a second blast pipe 17. |
