PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spread and deposite dewatered cake in a wide area and to prevent it from being heaped up by a method in which the dewatered cake is allowed to fall by gravity, and divided horizontally by a transverse angle bar, struck on an upper stage net and a lower stage net in sequence, crushed into small pieces to be dispersed, and deposite on a floor to be accumulated. SOLUTION: Cake 4 is allowed to fall naturally by opening filter plates 3, contacted with a transverse angle bar 5 to be divided horizontally in two, dispersed, and struck on an upper stage net 7. It is further crushed and dispersed, passes through the upper stage net, and falls on a lower stage net 8. By collision with the lower stage net 8, it is crushed further and dispersed and passes through the net 8. Its acceleration is reduced, and it is dispersed in a wide area and deposited on a floor. When a large amount of cake is produced, the lower stage net 8 is lifted close to the upper stage net 7 by a hoisting rope. Moreover, the upper stage net 7 also ascends if the rope is operated. In this way, it is spread, not being heaped up. |
