<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables operation at a high current density and more specifically a method which is capable of degrading the appearance quality of an electrodeposition surface in RF energization. SOLUTION: The energization current of a backward direction is set at a current value higher than the energization current in a forward direction. Namely, the currents are inverted at a ratio of once 15 minutes to one hour and the energization current density of the backward direction is made higher than the energization current density in a forward direction and is maintained at >=400A/m<2> , more preferably 450 to 500A/m<2> , in the electrolytic refining method for nonmetals which executes energization while periodically inverting the currents. An energization stop time of >=30 to <100 seconds is disposed during the switching from the backward recording to the forward direction.</p> |
