<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an autodigestion percentage and treatment capacity by a method in which drainage is aerated, generated activated sludge is precipitated and separated, treated water is further separated from the separated activated sludge and aerated as concentrated activated sludge, and the treated water is separated from non-autodigested activated sludge. SOLUTION: Drainage, after being stored in a conditioning tank 1, is sent to an aeration tank 2 to be aerated. Generated treated water and activated sludge are sent to a precipitation tank 3, and the activated sludge is precipitated and separated. The separated activated sludge is returned to the tank 2 through pipes 5, 6. When activated sludge generated in the tank 2 is increased by repeating the operation, the activated sludge extracted from the tank 3 is sent to an excess sludge concentration tank 10, and concentrated activated sludge is separated by gravity difference. The concentrated activated sludge is sent to an aerobic autodigestion tank 4 to be aerated. Next, the sludge is separated in a sludge separation tank 5, the supernatant is returned to the tank 1, and excess sludge is disposed of by burning, etc. Miniaturization is implemented to improve autodigestion efficiency.</p> |
