PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise caused in the case of relative movement by coating a contact surface with a coating composition which is composed of a binder having a specific weight ratio and a solid lubricant, and is substantially wear resistant and low in frictional ability. SOLUTION: A contact surface is coated with a coating composition which contains a solid lubricant and a binder at the ratio of 2:1-25:1, and is substantially wear resistant and low in frictional ability. Lacquer is supplied from a lacquer supply container 2 equipped with an agitator for most suitably mixing the lacquer to a measuring system 3 for adjusting the quantity of the applied lacquer. A lacquer flow path pipe 8 is lengthened from the above system to an applied nozzle 5, and held by an industrial robot. A lacquer return pipe 9 reaches the lacquer supply container 2 from the applied nozzle 5 through a return valve 10. A work piece 7 is coated from an assembly side 7a using a sound proofing lacquer.
