Production of thermoplastic resin powder from polymer latex particle is provided in this invention. Critical amount of coagulant is added through at least two steps to polymer latex at below the softening temperature varying the density and coagulating temperature to produce slurry of coagulant particle. Thereafter, temperature is raised upper than softening point to solidify. Said latex is composed of 60-90wt% of rubber copolymer such as alkyl acrylate having 1-8 carbons, alkyl metacrylate having 1-4 carbons, etc, and 40-10 wt% of Graft copolymer.
