PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer film having no problem of wrinkle generated at the time of heat sealing, excellent pinhole resistance and label suitability, no transfer of residual solvent odor generated at a dry laminated film, and high commodity value. SOLUTION: The multilayer film comprises an outer layer A made of a mixture of 6 nylon and amorphous nylon, an intermediate layer B made of aliphatic nylon, a gas barrier layer C and a sealing layer D to be laminated in order of the layers A, B, C and D or A, C, B and D via adhesive resin as needed so that total thickness of the layers A and B is 30μm or more, a thickness of the layer A is 35% or more of the total thickness of the layers A and B.
