PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a predetermined part to be accurately excised by the exact amount, when a treatment apparatus is inserted into a coelom via an endoscope to cause a gripping forceps to grip a body tissue or the like for excision of the predetermined part, by constructing an insulating tube from a straight part and a curved part formed at the end of the straight part and capable of being curved into a projecting shape with respect to the extension line of the straight part. SOLUTION: The conducting wire 22 of a high frequency snare 20 has a looped part 22a at its end, and an insulating tube 21 has a straight part 21a extended in a straight line and a curved part 21b formed by curling the end of the straight part 21a so that it is curved. The high frequency snare 20 is guided into a coelom via a treatment apparatus insertion channel in an endoscope 1, then a gripping forceps 3 is passed through the treatment apparatus insertion channel while a lesion is surrounded by the looped part 22a of the conducting wire 22, then the insulating tube 21 is held in its position with the diseased gripped, and with a high frequency current made to flow through the conducting wire 22 passed through the tube 21, the conducting wire 22 is drawn into the insulating tube 21 to excise the lesion. |
