PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the water-stop property by starting a shield machine from a vertical shaft of a side wall which is formed of non-steel reinforcing material and concrete, and projecting a back filling material filling pipe from the peripheral surface of a skin plate, and directing a cutting mechanism to the peripheral side of the excavating machine and arranging freely to be appeared and disappeared. SOLUTION: This shield machine is started from a vertical shaft having a side wall, which is formed of non-steel reinforcing material and concrete, and a back filling material filling pipe 3 is provided from the peripheral surface of a skin plate 4. Continuously, a cutting mechanism 4 such as a telescopic jack 15, a support bracket 16 and a cutting roller 17 is arranged freely to be appeared and disappeared in relation to the peripheral side of the shield machine 10. With this structure, at the time of passing through a side wall, the cutting mechanism 14 is projected so as to scrape the side wall, and generation of catch of the back filling material filling pipe 3 is prevented. At the time of passing the excavating machine 10 through the side wall, cutting is performed by the cutting mechanism 14 so as to enable the water-cut. With this structure, even in the case where the back filling material filling pipe 3, which is projected outside, exists, water-stop property is sufficiently secured, and while the machine can start, pass through or achieve the side wall of the vertical shaft. |
