RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR TIRE INNER LINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tire inner liners which gives an unvulcanized compound improved in processability and productivity without detriment to vulcanizate properties such as E' (storage modulus) and tanδ. SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. rubber component composed of at least 50 pts.wt. butyl rubber and at most 50 pts.wt. diene rubber with 20-120 pts.wt. carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 60m<2> /g or below and at most 10 pts.wt. polysiloxane containing alkoxysilyl groups (≡Si-OR<1> ) or acyloxysilyl groups (≡Si-OCOR<2> ) (wherein R<1> is a 1-18 C substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group or an ethereal organic group; and R<2> is hydrogen or a 1-21 C hydrocarbon group) and having an average degree of polymerization of 3-10,000.
