PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe which can inhibit the temperature rise of a part that is in contact with a subject for examination. SOLUTION: This probe is designed to enclose at least a vibrator 13 inside a housing case 11. In this case, at lest two kinds of molds, first and second molds 15, 17, are packed in a gap inside the housing case 11, the first mold 15 provided in a physically nearer position to the vibrator 13 than the second mold 17, with the heat conductivity of the first mold 15 being higher than that of the second mold 17 and the specific gravity of the second mold 17 being smaller than that of the first mold 15. |
