PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a carbonized product by which a drying process and a carbonizing process can be economically executed. SOLUTION: At the time of producing the carbonized product 4 by drying the molding raw material sludge 1 and carbonizing obtained granular dried sludge 3, steam 5 generated in a process for drying the raw material sludge 1 is blown in the carbonizing process. Thereby the granular dried sludge 3 is prevented from burning to obtain the carbonized product 4 of good quality and since the steam 5 is generated in the raw material sludge 1 drying process, cost of this method can be greatly reduced compared to a conventional method in which the steam is separately generated. Further, since the steam 5 is deodorized in the carbonizing process, a deodorizing apparatus, etc., can be omitted and thereby production cost can be reduced further. |
