<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lightweight liq. chemcial container resistant to the falling impact in the shaping vessel obtained by blow-molding a bottomed parison with the neck having a shape connectable to a spout previously formed by making the average thickness of the shoulder larger than that of the drum and specifying the average thickness of the drum. SOLUTION: A spraying vessel having a neck 11 being the outlet for average thickness of the drum. liq. chemmcals, a drum 13 and a shoulder 12 tapering to the neck 11 from the drum 13 is obtained by blow-molding a bottomed parison with the neck 11 previously formed. In this case, the thickness of the shoulder 12 is made larger than that of the drum 13, hence the shoulder 12 is made less collapsible than the drum 13, and the remaining of the liq. is prevented. Meanwhile, a reinforcing rib is formed on the shoulder, the average thickness of the drum 13 is controlled to 0.05-0.22 mm, and the drawn face magnification is set at 10-20. Further, a spout attachable to the socket of the main body of a liq. chemical sprinkling machine and consisting of an outer cylinder 31, packing 32, inner cylinder 33 and cap 34 is connected to the neck 11.</p> |
