Disclosed is a spare wheel locking/extracting device for vehicular use that enables easy extraction and solid locking of the spare wheel. The inside of trunk(10) is fitted with a well(2) that accommodates a spare wheel and a locking case (14) which employs a insert(13) for the spare wheel. Locking case(14) is installed in such way as is movable by hinge(15); an extraction handle(16) is connected to one end of the locking case(14); and a locking bar(17) is assembled integral with one end of the extraction handle(16). When locking bar(17) engages elastic stopper bracket(18) that is installed inside the trunk(10) and exterior to the spare wheel well(11), locking case(14) that locks the spare wheel hangs making a slope so as to enable the operator to pull out the spare wheel easily. The invention is convenient to use.
