A sample warping machine is disclosed for warping a sample texture with the length of the warp 3 meters and uniform density employing a clutch encoder method by computer. The device comprises a creel (1) for supplying warp to the warping machine; a warper (2) winding the warp; a warp feeder (3) supplying the warp from warp cones (A1,A5) of the creel (1) to a warping arm (5) and operated by an air pressure drive of cylinder and piston and by an electronic controller; 8 supports (6) and 8 warp feed belts (7) forming the lateral shape of the warp as an octagon; an inner element (14) for rotating the warping arm (5) and an outer element (18) for feeding the warp feed belts (7); and a belt feeding mechanism (20) connecting the warp feed belts (7) and the outer element (18) and using a CAD/CAM system.
