PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and low-height dielectric resonator provided with a high dielectric constant and a high Q value by joining plural calcined dielectric ceramics bodies by using a joining material composed of minerals. SOLUTION: BaO-Sm2 O3 -Bi2 O3 -TiO2 group ceramics powder is press-molded, calcined and then polished and a planar dielectric ceramics body is obtained. A conductor pattern 3 is provided on one surface of the dielectric ceramics body, the dielectric ceramics body 2 provided with a joining part 1 by a glass composition or a heat resistant adhesive material whose softening temperature and dielectric constant are appropriate values on it and the dielectric ceramics body or the dielectric ceramics body 2 provided with the conductor pattern 3 and the joining part 1 are piled up so as to bring the conductor pattern 3 to an inner side and they are heat-processed at an appropriate temperature. In this case, the appropriate value of the softening temperature is a temperature lower than the fusing point of a material used for the conductor pattern 3 and the appropriate value of the dielectric constant is 2-15. |
