The alignment device includes one fixed framework (52) which has an upper surface for receiving one tying device (50). A second framework (53) has an upper surface onto which a second tying device (51) is fixed. The second framework is linked to the first through an axis parallel to their upper surfaces. The second framework is attached to the first through an elastic device which returns the second framework to a position against an edge (91) of the first one. The edge is formed by a cam surface which can be worn away by the first framework.
