The card holder has a flap (1) in two halves (2,4) one of which is fixed to the floral article and the other to the card (5). A separation zone is formed between the two halves. The markings are carried on the faces of the separable parts, allowing identification of the parts after their separation. The flap can be self adhesive for fixing easily on the card and the floral article. There can be two flaps (1A/B) of which at least one is fixable on the other. Each can be divided into two so that the parts can fit on one of the stalks of the floral article and the envelope.
