PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition maintaining its own elastic properties and molding processability, and improved in thermal stability, chemical resistance, surface appearance and mechanical properties, by copolymerization of a specific component with a polyester resin followed by blending a specific epoxy resin. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) a polyester resin >=0.5 dL/g in intrinsic viscosity [η], composed of (i) a dicarboxylic acid component, (ii) a diol component, (iii) 5-65 wt.%, based on the whole condensed polyester, a polyoxyalkylene glycol component 400-3,000 in weight-average molecular weight, and (iv) 1-20 wt.%, based on the whole condensed polyester, of at least one kind of compound having unit of formula I (R<1> is H or methyl; 15<=(m) <=25) or formula II (10<=(n)<=25) and (B) an epoxy resin bearing at least two epoxy groups in one molecule at an equivalent ratio of the epoxy group to the hydroxyl group in the polyester resin of 0.7 to 1.2. |
