<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a rigidity to impart a required strength to avoid deformation to a segment when an article is mounted by welding two or more synthetic resin boards mutually on an edge part. SOLUTION: Two synthetic resin boards 10 are bended perpendicularly in the center of a trough part of a V groove 22 to the thermoweld both side surfaces of the V groove 22 mutually to form a welding part. Next, a standing part of the board 10 bended perpendicurlarly projecting on the upper surface of the synthetic resin boards 10 is removed by a rotating cutter. Whereby, the two synthetic resin boards 10 are mutually welded by the welding part of the V groove 22 formed neibouring one side edge thereof. The two synthetic resin boards 10 are mutually thermowelded to be bonded on the both side edges by performing this operation to the two sides opposing this board.</p> |
