摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for reclaiming a crosslinked urethane resin having undeteriorating properties and excellent mechanical properties. SOLUTION: This material is composed of a matrix made of a foamed or nonfoamed crosslinked urethane resin A and a disperse phase made of a crosslinked urethane resin B prepared by finely dividing a crosslinked urethane C and dispersed in the form of particles having a particle diameter of 200μm or below in the crosslicked resin A and bonded through urethane bonds or urea bonds at the interface with the resin A. Since the disperse phase and the matrix are bonded to each other at the interface, this material does not suffer from interfacial peeling when deformed. Since the chemical composition of the matrix does not change when the decomposed crosslinked urethane particles are added thereto, the material does not suffer deterioration in properties. Because the propagation of crack can be prevented upon deformation when the material has an inhomogeneous structure containing microdispersed particles having different moduli, it can show improved impact strength.</p>
